After Vietnam taking part in the World Trade Organization (WTO), there are more and more Vietnam construction enterprises invest to Cambodia and other countries in the ASEAN. Not only invest in capital but they also undertook to build many important projects in Cambodia. However, abroad construction investment has always been considered high risk because they are being placed in the lack of information and lack of experience in the international market Thus the identification, analysis, assessment of risk factors and building a risk management model for Vietnam enterprises is necessary. This paper will introduce a risk management model for Vietnam enterprises are investing in Cambodia by combining AHP model with Expert Choice software support.
