Objectives: The study used Nanocompossite in recovery target lesion cervical wedge shape. Methods: Restoring teeth hurt neck wedge shaped teeth cause sensitivity in patients not treated with Nanocompossite marrow. Results: 36 patients with 86 teeth are welded Nanocompossite found the following results: sensitivity symptoms often belong to two groups accounted for the highest percentage (44 percent) Percentage retention after 12 months fillings over 81 percent, after 24 months, this ratio decreases: 1 and group 2: 83 percent of group 3: 69 percent. Color fillings after 24 months in the group are high percentages teeth as: Group 1: 78 percent. Group 2: 83 percent. Group 3: 81 percent. Conclusion: Nanocompossite material is suitable for target lesion cervical wedge shape.
