Bacterium symbiosis with H. indica (Entomo pathogenic nematoda) was isolated and assigned as isolation 09. In this study, strain 09 could be to kill insect by septicemia. Morphology and characteristics development of strain 09 have specific traits as: Colony has zigzac border, smooth surface, not protruding, adsorb dye to change the color of medium surrounding. Comparation of 16S-rDNA sequences showed that strain 09 belongs species Photorhabdus luminescens and has closely relationship with P. I. akhurlii.
