Nghiên cứu đánh giá khả năng di thực của mẫu giống Đan sâm hoa trăng (Salvia miltiorrhiza Bungei) nhập nội tại Lộc Bình, Lạng Sơn nhằm mục tiêu đánli giá được khả năng sinh trưởng, năng suất và chất lượng dược liệu cúa mẫu Đan sâm hoa trắng. Thí nghiệm được bố tri tuần tự không nhắc lại với tổng diện tích thí nghiệm là 120 m2. Kết quả đánh giá cho thấy, khối lượng trung bình củ khô/cây là 42,42 g/cây, chiều dài củ đạt 22,01 cm, đường kính củ đạt 0,39 cm. Năng suất củ trung binh đạt 4.818,09 kg/ha. Với điều kiện phân tích áp dụng thu được hình ảnh sắc ký đồ HPLC với các pic của tanshinon IIA (tR = 24,08 phút) sắc nhọn, cân đối, rõ ràng trên nền mẫu dược liệu Đan sâm hoa trắng, số đĩa lý thuyết của cột lớn hơn 2.000, đạt yêu cầu theo qui định trong dược điển Việt Nam V. Kết quả xây dựng đường chuẩn tanshinon IIA Y = (61.285)X + 4.768,6, R2= 0,9995, hàm lượng tanshinon IIA đạt 0,22%. Cao hon so với dược điển Việt Nam V năm 2017, dược điển Trung Quốc và dược điển Hồng Kong không ít hon 0,12% - 0,20%. Như vậy có thể thấy, có thế phát triển trồng dược liệu Đan sâm hoa trắng tại Lộc Bình, Lạng Sơn.

In this study, we studied the content assessment of the ability to acclimatize of the Salvia miltiorrhiza Bungei variety imported in Loc Binh, Lang Son province. With the objective of evaluating the growth ability, yield and medicinal quality of Danshen sample. The experiment was arranged in a random, non - repeating sequence, the total experimental area was 120 m2. The results showed that the average weight of dried tubers/plant was 42.42 grams, tuber length reaches 22.01 cm, tuber diameter reaches 0.39 cm. The average yield of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bungei was was 4,818.09 kg/ha. With the applied analytical conditions, HPLC chromatogram images were obtained with sharp, well - balanced, and sharp peaks of tanshinon IIA (tR = 24.08 min) on the background of the white flower Salvia miltiorrhiza Bungei medicinal plant, No. The theory of columns is greater than 2,000, meeting the requirements specified in Vietnamse Pharmacopoeia V, year 2017. The results of building the standard curve tanshinon IIA Y = (61,285)X + 4,768.6, R2= 0.9995. The quantitative result of tanshinon IIA was 0.22% higher than that of the pharmacopoeias of Vietnam V year 2017, China and Hong Kong by not less than 0.12% - 0.20%. Thus, it can be seen that Loc Binh, Lang Son province can develop medicinal plant Salvia miltiorrhiza Bungei.
