This study employs R0PMIS model proposed by Thai and Grewal (2007) to examine the customer satisfaction towards service quality of container yard. Qualitative method was applied to adjust thirty eight scales of service quality components and three observed variables of customer satisfaction. The survey was conducted through convenient sampling method with the valid responses of 310. The result shows that Service capacity, Service process, and Facilities create an impact on customer satisfaction, in order of descending influence. From this finding, managerial implications are proposed to improve the service quality of container yard.
