A study was carried out on 8 patients who diagnosed Acquired Platelet Dysfunction With Eosinophilia (APDE). Result shows that: age varies from 5-28, living in countryside. Most common clinical symptoms are purpura and mucous bleeding. All patients have eosinophil increased ( Mean: 1.83 x 10 exponent 9); increase serum IgE ( Mean: 616,67 u/ml), and defective aggregation with ADP (100 percent) and collagen (87.5 percent). Three of patients have hookworm and trichocephalus. fter treatment with helminthic, haemorrhage was decreased and disappears, eosinophil and serum IgE decreased, platelet m aggregation increased.
