To explore the clinical, pre-clinical characteristics and the factors related to glomerulonephritis complications in type 2 diabetes mellitus patient the study was conducted on 316 patients. The results were as follows: Common clinical features are: fatigue; changes in amount of urine; nail changes and angina. Characteristics of subclinical: blood glucose control standards are not high in each group (72.2 percent in the group with early BCCT, 36.8 percent in the late group BCCT). Proportion of patients with blood lipid concentrations exceed nonnal limits from 52.2 percent to 68.4 percent.
