Bài viết phân tích những tiến triển của quan hệ Trung Quốc - Thái Lan trong bối cảnh Trung Quốc thúc đẩy Sáng kiến “Vành đai và Con đuờng” (BRI). Các tác giả đi sâu phân tích vai trò và vị trí của Thái Lan đối với chiến lược thúc đẩy hiện thực hoá “Vành đai và Con đường” của Trung Quốc ở khu vực Đông Nam Á, nhất là khu vực Đông Nam Á lục địa. Từ đó, bài viết làm rõ thực trạng quan hệ chính trị - ngoại giao và trong các lĩnh vực khác như an ninh quốc phòng, trao đổi về mặt con người.

The article analyzes the developments in Sino-Thailand relationship in the context of China's promotion of the "Belt and Road Initiative" (BRI). Accordingly, the article analyzes the role and position of Thailand in the strategy to promote the realization of China’s "Belt and Road" in Southeast Asia, especially the mainland Southeast Asia.
Since then, the article clarifies the actual situation of political-diplomatic relations between the two countries in various fields in the context of the BRI. Followingly, the article analyzes the progress in the two countries’ relationship in other areas such as national security and human exchanges. Therefore, this article is to provide a picture of the two countries’ relationship in the context of China's BRI in the region in recent years.
