In this report some main results of the National Project KC.09.02/06-10 are presented. The full data base on natural conditions such as hydrometeorological, hydrodynamical and environmental characteristics is built by using a large sources of old data and new data from seasonal field surveys. On the base of collected data, using statistical methods and mathematical numerical modeling, the regime characteristics on hydrometeorological, hydrodynamical and environmental conditions in the South-West Sea of Vietnam are showed. The project results can be used to plan for developing socio-economics and national defense in this important sea region.
