Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) là một trong những vi khuẩn thường gặp gây nhiễm trùng đường tiêu hóa. Có rất nhiều phương pháp để chẩn đoán nhiễm H.pylori tùy theo điều kiện cụ thể của từng cơ sở y tế. Các phương pháp chẩn đoán có tính xâm lấn thông qua nội soi gồm thử nghiệm urease, nuôi cấy vi khuẩn, chẩn đoán mô bệnh học. Thông thường, việc chẩn đoán bằng PCR cũng như các xét nghiệm Clotest hiện nay đều trải qua việc sinh thiết một mẫu niêm mạc dạ dày, điều này ít nhiều gây tổn thương cho dạ dày và gây đau đớn cho người bệnh. Trong khi đó, PCR phát hiện từ mẫu phân và mẫu nước tiểu là những xét nghiệm không xâm lấn nhưng tỷ lệ âm tính giả cao do khả năng thu nhận được H. pylori từ các mẫu bệnh phẩm này thấp hơn nhiều so với trong mô hoặc dịch dạ dày. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là thiết lập phản ứng Nested PCR để phát hiện H.pylori trực tiếp từ dịch dạ dày nhằm giảm tính xâm lấn so với các phương pháp phân tích từ mô dạ dày. Kết quả thu được cho thấy, phản ứng có tính có độ nhạy cao, cho phép phát hiện được H.pylori từ chủng chuẩn cũng như mẫu dịch dạ dày của các bệnh nhân.

Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is one of the common bacteria that causes digestive tract infections. There are many methods to diagnose H. pylori infection depending on the specific conditions of each heath facilities. Invasive methods used to diagnose H.pylori include urease test, bacterial culture, bacterial nucleus determination and histopathological diagnosis. Usually, the diagnosis by PCR as well as the Clotest tests undergo a biopsy of a gastric mucosal sample, which more or less causes stomach damage and causes pain for the patient. Meanwhile, PCR method used to detecte H.pylori from faecal samples and urine samples are non-invasive tests but the rate of falsenegative is high due to the ability of receiving H. pylori from these specimens to be low. The aim of this study is to set up a Nested PCR reaction to detect H. pylori directly from gastric juice to reduce invasion compared to H.pylori detectition methods from gastric tissue. Our this finding shows that this Nested PCR reaction is highly sensitive, allowing detection of H.pylori from the gastric juice sample.
