Purpose: The study is performed to evaluate result of gastric cancer patient stage DUKES B, C who were treated XELOX regimen chemotherapy. Patients and Methods: Intervention study on gastric cancer patient stage DUKES B, C were treated XELOX regimen chemotherapy in Hanoi Medical University hospital and K hospital from January, 2011 to September, 2013. Results: There are 46 patients to be treated chemotherapy. Age or = 40: 100 percent. Male/female: 1,25/1. Time starting is 30,5 + or - 7,8 days; 97,8 percent of patients had completed 8 cydes; 100 percent of patients had used over 85 percent of chemotherapeutic standard dose. Development free survival (DFS) of 12 months, 24 months are 90,4 percent and 68,5 percent, correlative. Overall survival of 12 months, 24 months are 97,1 percent and 82,7 percent, correlative. Conclusion: Xelox regimen is effective, safely and should be used as adjuvant chemotherapy for gastric cancer patients in Viet Nam.
