Vocational training has an important role in the system of training of human resources to meet the industrialization - modernization of the country. Vocational training in Song Cong town has recently achieved certain results. However, there are still many problems, such as weak infrastructure, low funding for vocational training, limited qualification of teachers and managers for vocational traning, weak foreign language proficiency of learners... lead to consequences that employees have not met the requirements from reality... To promote vocational training in the period 2015-2020 in order to meet the requirements of the labor market, the town should implement measures such as changing perceptions of workers, improving the quality of teachers and enhancing investment in infrastructure and financing, implementing vocational training socialization...
