Satisfaction of students, Faculty of Political Theory-Civic Education, online teaching.

Nghiên cứu nhằm xây dựng khung lý thuyết về các nhân tố ảnh hưởng và đo lường sự hài lòng của sinh viên Khoa Chính trị - Giáo dục công dân, Trường Đại học Sư phạm Hà Nội đối với hoạt động giảng dạy trực tuyến. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu định tính trong việc thiết kế khung thang đo lý thuyết và phương pháp nghiên cứu định lượng, thực hiện điều tra xã hội học thông qua điều tra trực tuyến thu thập ý kiến ​​của 278 sinh viên Khoa Chính trị - Giáo dục công dân ở ba mã ngành (Giáo dục chính trị, Giáo dục công dân, Khoa học chính trị) và phân tích. dữ liệu dựa trên phần mềm SPSS 20.0, kiểm định thang đo bằng hệ số Cronbach's Alpha, kiểm định KMO và phân tích nhân tố khám phá (EFA) để đánh giá tình trạng hài lòng của sinh viên đối với các lĩnh vực biến đổi liên quan đến hoạt động dạy học trực tuyến. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy có 6 biến số ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng của người học đối với hoạt động giảng dạy trực tuyến trong bối cảnh đại dịch Covid-19. Đồng thời, cũng cho thấy mức độ ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố là rào cản đến sự hài lòng của sinh viên Khoa Lý luận Chính trị-Giáo dục công dân đối với hình thức giảng dạy trực tuyến.

The study aims to build a theoretical framework on influencing factors and measure the satisfaction of students from Faculty of Politics – Civic Education, Hanoi National University of Education for online teaching activities. Research using qualitative research methods in designing theoretical scale frameworks and quantitative research methods, conducting sociological investigations through online surveys to collect opinions of 278 students from Faculty of Politics – Civic Education in three industry codes (Political Education, Citizenship Education, Political Science) and analyzed data based on SPSS 20.0 software, scale testing by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, KMO test and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to assess the student status of satisfaction with variable areas related to online teaching activities. Research results show that there are 6 variable areas affecting learners' satisfaction with online teaching activities in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. At the same time, it also shows the degree of influence of factors that are barriers to the satisfaction of students of the Faculty of Political Theory-Civic Education regarding online teaching.
