Donating blood is not harmful to donors' health if they follow doctor's instructions. In return, according to the results of the research in psychological, sociological, medical, scientific fields, there are several benefits of donating blood for both community and donors' health such as: making donor psychologically rejuvenated, enhance the production of new blood cells, reduce heart attack and cancer risk, lower iron levels, etc.
