The research was taken in two groups of workers about knowledge about Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in Tam Diep Cement Company, Ninh Binh after dissemination and training. Some brief results proved that: - Awareness and knowledge of the workers about labour's rights and OSH increased from 12.5 percent - 37 percent to 72.5 percent - 84.5 percent (p 0.05); - Awareness and knowledge of the workers about preventing dangerous and harmful factors increased from 11 percent - 29 percent to 67 percent - 70 percent; - Knowledge and practice OSH regulations and preventing dangerous and harmful factors increased from 15 percent - 57.5 percent to 59 percent - 76 percent.
