Father always plays an important role in Father-Mother-Child relationship. The lack of the father in the family, literally or symbolically or imaginatively, can create significant influences to the child's development, in particular personality development, and especially in boys. By looking at the influence of the lack of fatherhood on children through a case study of children slow in speech learning, clinical psychologists would understand partly the children's suffering and thus find an appropriate psychological intervention for these children.
