Developing student/learner competency is a key approach in the innovation-oriented programs of general education that is to go into effect in 2015. Testing/assessment is one of the key innovations that is to lead to an innovation of teaching methods, increased students competence and an improvement in the quality of basic education. With regards to the subject of literature, in addition to increased competency, there is to be a focus on the creating and developing improved text comprehension (listening, reading), text creation (writing, speaking) and receptor literary (aesthetic emotion).
