The study is part of the author's approach to student feedback on factors affecting their learning motivation when switching from face-to-face to online learning in order to adapt to the Covid-19 pandemic taking place in Vietnam from 2019 to 2022. The purpose of this article is to show the relationship between intrinsic factors, including goals, task values, control competence, and learning experience, belief, and determination, satisfaction. The research is based on the method of sociological investigation through questionnaires for 853 students of Hanoi National University of Education and the data is analyzed on SPSS 26.0 software. Based on the quantitative research method through the use of SPSS 26.0 software, the analysis results show that there is a positive (+) correlation between the internal factors and the teaching quality of pedagogical students, in which the correlation is positive. The strongest correlation is in the factor of stating the learning goals with Mean = 3.93 and the lowest factor is the student satisfaction factor with Mean= 3.59. This result shows the relatively positive response of the group of pedagogical students when looking at their university teaching during a difficult period due to the pandemic and suggests interesting educational implications about the policymakers, instructors, and learners themselves need to pay more attention to the intrinsic motivational factors of students in training programs and professional practice.
