Information Technology (IT) gathers scientific methods, means, and modem technology tools. Today, the trend of IT application in teaching is very necessary. There are many significant changes in the trend of IT application in teaching Natural and Social science at primary schools such as: Application of IT in the preparation of lesson plans, lectures electronic design; Using dedicated softwares for teaching (Violet, Hi-teach, and Inspire Activ. etc.. .); Plan and use the electronic lectures E-learning especially in the Science, History and Geography subjects for the 4th and 5th grades; Building the content in learning subjects of Natural and Social science like as the TV games; Application of IT in test and assessment. Simultaneous, teachers can supply for students various materials which helps them to enrich their own knowledge and raice the sence of active. initiative and creative of themselves. Therefore, if teachers applicate well IT in teaching, it will enhance the primary education quality in the new stature.
