Based on analyzing some theories of capacity educating. articles, it was shown that Mathematics is absolutely important in forming and practicing high school capacities. High school students' Mathematics capacities are understood as necessary ones that students can have after high school Mathematics program. These capacities satisfied absorbing Mathematics knowledge, learning capacity, applying theories into the real life. These capacities include Mathematics information collecting, processing, storing and applying, and problem solving.
