Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (Allo-HSCT) is aneffective treatment and and sometimes the only curative therapy for patients with certain hematological diseases. At the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Allo-HSCT from peripheral blood was carried out from from May 2008 to Mars 2013 to 21 cases in the process of Allo-HSCT accordance with the existing circumstances. The aim of this study to summarize the results and initial experiences of this treatment method. The results show: the success rate is 76 percent of the cases (16/21), should be noted that five cases of severe complications were seen in the early stage and at a later stage (from July 2011) there were 13 cases all live so far.
