Educational renovation is a substantially urgent issue nowadays. It should begin with the realization of the backwards, the stagnation in education. And the indirect reasons which stands behind that. Renovating Vietnamese Education basically and thoroughly is a significant revolution in its system from studying assessment, educating structures to forming Vietnamese educational standard according to intematlonal educational standard...
