Quan Hoa is a district which has many potential and advantages for agricultural development. During recent years, the agriculture has had many positive changes. taken a specially important part in economic development and resident's lives improvement. In fact. there is still mismatch between agricultural development and resources for development in this region; Exploitation of natural resources has been planned but not evaluated in detail yet, and not paid attention to the sustainable development that causes many consequences. This article has studied, evaluated potential and status of the agricultural development in Quan Hoa district. Identified and pointed out the favorable conditions for the agricultural development. The research result is a scientific basis for the development of sustainable agriculture in the locality.
