This paper presents results of the study of analyzing factors affecting performance management of construction firms in HCM city. Questionnaire surveys were applied. Data were analyzed by statistical testing. The results of exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and CFA showed that there were 5 groups of factors. The findings may be used a baseline to propose measures for enhancing or improving performance management of construction firms.
