Evaluation on Hematoxyline and eosin and IHC slides, comparing the expression of p53 in conventional adenomas with and without infiltrative status. Methods: Describe a series of cases retrospective description of cases diagnosed as conventional adenomas with invasive carcinomas and seudo- invasive on the background of adenomas at the adenomas at Department of Pathology, university medical center, HCM city, from January 2018 until 11/2020. After that, histological examination and immunohistochemical staining were performed to assess the expression of p53 (using Ventana's Monoclonal Mouse Anti-human p53 protein Clone DO - 7 antibody). Compare the expression of p53 with the images histopathology in 14 cases of invasive carcinoma and 3 cases cases of pseudo-invasion. Results: In 94 cases surveyed, there were 26 cases of high-grade dysplastic adenocarcinoma with p53 expression, 9 cases of complete loss of expression, 13 cases of p53 overexpression and 4 cases of p53 overexpression. There were no cases of weak expression in 26 cases of high-grade dysplastic adenocarcinoma. In 40 cases of highgrade dysplasia, there were 9 cases of weak expression, 27 cases of moderate expression, 4 cases of overexpression. Of the 28 cases of lowgrade dysplasia, 22 had wild-type weakness and 6 had moderate severity. All 3 cases of pseudoinvasion showed mild to moderate severity in the foci of pseudo-invasion. Conclusions: There is a clear difference in p53 expression between cases of low-grade dysplasia, high-grade dysplasia, intramucosal carcinoma and infiltrative carcinoma. Invasive carcinoma cases are mainly overexpressed or lost, there is a clear difference between lowgrade and high-grade dysplasia by p53-stained HMMD. The higher the degree of dysplasia, the stronger the expression of p53 or complete loss of expression.
