Đánh giá mức độ nặng của rối loạn Tic bằng thang điểm YGTSS và khảo sát các yếu tố liên quan đến tổng điểm. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả tiến cứu trên 75 trẻ dưới 16 tuổi được chẩn đoán rối loạn Tic theo tiêu chuẩn của DSM-5, tại bệnh viện Nhi Đồng 2 từ tháng 2 đến tháng 6 năm 2020. Kết quả: Điểm trung bình về độ nặng của Tic, mức độ tổn hại và YGTSS lần lượt là 20,3; 21,2; 41,5 thuộc nhóm trung bình. Các yếu tố liên quan đến tổng điểm YGTSS gồm: kiểu phối hợp vận động và âm thanh, thời gian kéo dài của triệu chứng trên 12 tháng, tuổi xuất hiện triệu chứng xấu nhất, Tourette và bệnh tăng động kém chú ý (ADHD) đồng mắc. Nhóm rối loạn Tourette có điểm trung bình độ nặng, mức độ tổn hại và YGTSS lần lượt là 28,2; 23,3; 51,5 thuộc nhóm nặng; các yếu tố liên quan đến tổng điểm YGTSS là tuổi, tuổi xuất hiện triệu chứng xấu nhất và ADHD đồng mắc. Kết luận: Tổng điểm YGTSS thuộc nhóm trung bình. Tuổi xuất hiện triệu chứng, rối loạn Tourette và ADHD đồng mắc là các yếu tố có liên quan tổng điểm YGTSS.

Tic disorders are common in children. The YGTSS (Yale Global Tic Severity Scale) is a tool to assess the severity of Tic disorders, necessary for diagnosis and help monitor disease progression. Objectives: To evaluate the severity of Tic disorder using the YGTSS scale and investigate the factors related to the total score. Methods: Cross descriptive case series on 75 children under 16 years old diagnosed with Tics disorder according to the standards of DSM-5, at Children's Hospital 2 f-rom February to June 2020. Results: Global Tic severity, impairment and YGTSS score were 20.3 respectively; 21.2; 41.5 belongs to the medium group. Factors related to the total score of YGTSS were complex pattern, duration of symptom over 12 months, age of worst symptom onset, Tourette disorder and ADHD co-morbidity. Tourette disorder group had global Tic severity, impairment and YGTSS score 28.2 respectively; 23.3; 51.5 belongs to the heavy group; factors related to the total score of YGTSS were age, age with worst symptoms and ADHD co-mobility. Conclusion: The total score of YGTSS was moderate. Age of symptom onset, Tourette disorder and ADHD co-mobility were factors related to the total score of YGTSS.
