agricultural land in Hung Yen province, thereby proposing solutions to improve the efficiency of land use. The
methods used are secondary data collection, primary data collection, effectiveness assessment method, and SWOT analysis method. The research results show that: The models of land use for cultivation, husbandry, and aquaculture all have higher economic efficiency. For the model of land use for cultivation, the average production value is 1,560 million VND/ha; the average value added 331 million VND/ha; the efficiency of capital accumulation reached 1.27 times; for the model of livestock land use for production value, the average production value is 12,960 million VND/ha; The average value added value is 6,200 million VND/ha; the aquaculture land use model for the average production value of 607.5 million VND/ha; The average value added value is 323.5 million VND/ha; efficiency of capital reached 2.14 times; the VAC model for the average value of production is 675 million VND/ha; The average value added value is 297 - 312 million VND/ha; efficiency of capital reached 1.79 - 1.85 times. To improve the efficiency of land use after accumulation, the concentration of agricultural land should be synchronously implemented with the following solutions: (i) the orientation of accumulation, the concentration of agricultural land in the direction of commodity production; (ii) develop the agricultural land use rights market in association with the rural labor market; (iii) perfecting the land policy on agricultural land accumulation and concentration; (iv) building an institution for the development of hi-tech agriculture; (v) effective promotion of support policies
