Objective: Research to evaluate safety and outcomes of balloon treatment of chronic inflammation frontal sinus drainage pathway. Method: A prospective research. Results: Dilated successfully obstructed frontal sinuses in 41 patients. Conclusion: Balloon dilating of obstructed of frontal sinus drainages pathway with complex anatomy, to preserve the uncinate process in treatment of chronic inflammation, to decrease minimal complications and open approaches.
