Testing the organizational culture scale

Organizational culture is the system of values and beliefs that are understood and shared by members of an organization. Organizational culture plays a very important role in creating a breakthrough and sustainable development for the organization through the promotion of endogenous resources and the search for and toleration of external resources. Organizational culture helps corporations survive and creates a professional and strong working environment and is considered a "golden asset" of the corporations. This study aims to test the organizational culture scale according to the model of Recardo and Jolly (1997) by using the quantitative research method to survey opinions of employees in some telecommunications corporations. The study’s results helped to adjust and build an organizational culture scale consisting of 8 factors to ensure the research models about organizational culture of telecommunications corporations.
