Besides customary law and legal document, case law is an important sources of law. Until now, The Vietnamese legal system does not refer case law as an official source. But in fact, case law should be considered as an official source in order to conduct the operation of The Vietnamese judicial system and decrease the congestion of The Vietnamese legal system. It's necessary for modern law and also guarantee the rule of socialist legislation.
