The situation of hemophilia care in Vietnam has been improved recently but still there are some inadequacies such as: the attention as well as the investment for the development of treatment facilities is uneven across the country, some health insurance policies are not so suitable, blood products has not met the both quantity and category, the patient organization has not been working very effectively. The plan for the future is : Integrating the hemophilia care into the National health care system, providing further training for both patients and medical staff, increasing the supply of blood products, promoting international cooperation and building national hemophilia program.
