This was a study among 56 patients with major depressive disorder having ideas and suicidal behavior. Results showed that age group with highest percentage of having suicidal behavior was from 20-50 years old (78.5 percent). Patients with ideas and sulddal behavior occurs continuously occupied 17.9 percent. Patients with silently developments and unspoken symptoms accounted for 76.8 percent. Common suicide observered as: Self-poisoning by chemicals accounted for 38.2 percent, jumping was 20.5 percent, hanged himself was 17.6 percent. Suicide occurred at home accounted for 85.6 percent, occurred in hospitals or in .another areas accounted for 14.4 percent.
