Currently, time management and scheduling of construction has been concerned by the majority of investors and contractorshas, but only focused on the important milestones of the project, not to carry out management strict requirements of each specific job. In the construction project, the engineers built mostly just use the method of Gantt chart for scheduling. There are many methods of making the schedule in the world, these methods are suitable for each type of building and project. This paper aims to study about the schedule making methods which are popular. It will help managers choose appropriate methods in accordance with the requirements to take project success.
