Research of the practice of system of food production and business in Thai Binh province in 2012 showed that: total number of food production and business facilities in the province certified as eligible were: 4448/4979, accounting for 89.4 percent. Of which: number of food manufacturing and processing establishments was 94.2 percent (889/944); The number of food business establishments was 77.5 percent (1442/1861); Number of catering service establishments made up 87.0 percent (1755/2018).
