Tính đa hình nhiễm sắc thể dễ bị bỏ sót khi phân tích do các dạng đa hình phong phú hoặc dễ bị nhầm lẫn với các đột biến nhiễm sắc thể. Nghiên cứu được thực hiện với mục tiêu xác định tỷ lệ và mô tả các dạng đa hình của nhiễm sắc thể ở các cặp vợ chồng có tiền sử sảy thai, thai chết lưu. Công thức nhiễm sắc thể của 1157 cặp vợ chồng bị ST, TCL một lần hoặc nhiều lần được xác định bằng kỹ thuật nhuộm băng G và phân tích đa hình theo tiêu chuẩn ISCN – 2016. Kết quả cho thấy có 249/2314 mẫu có tính đa hình bao gồm các dạng qh+, inv, ps+, pstk+, qh-, cenh+, extra band, fra... Trong đó dạng biến đổi qh+ (67,2%) và inv(9) (17,2%) chiếm tỷ lệ cao hơn các dạng đa hình khác. Tỷ lệ đa hình của nhóm ST, TCL một lần so với nhóm ST, TCL hai hoặc ba lần, sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê p< 0,05. Tỷ lệ đa hình NST tăng lên theo số lần ST, TCL. Điều này gợi ý rằng ở các cặp vợ chồng có tiền sử ST, TCL nên được phân tích NST và chú ý đến tính đa hình của NST.

The chromosomal heteromorphisms are easily overlooked during analysis because heteromorphisms variants or confusion with chromosomal mutations. This study is to determine the prevalence and types of chromosomal heteromorphisms in couples with history of miscarriage.The karyotype of 1157 couples with one or more miscarriages was detected using G-banding and analysis of chromosomal heteromorphism according to ISCN - 2016 standards. The heteromorphism in chromosome were detected in 249 cases out of 2314 individuals (10.8%) including qh+, inv, ps+, pstk+, qh-,cenh+, extra band, fra. The qh+ heteromorphism (67,2%) and inv(9) (17,2%) heteromorphismwere higher than others. There was significant difference between one time of miscarriage group compared with two or more times of miscarriage group (p < 0.05). The ratio of chromosomal heteromorphism increases with number of miscarriages. These findings suggest that chromosomal analysis in couples with history of miscarriages should be recommended by all practioners at all levels and genetic counsellors should pay attention to chromosome heteromorphism of these couples.
