Purpose: Evaluate the results of convervative treatment od blunt renal trauma at Viet Tiep hospital from 2008 to 2013. Patients and method: Patients are 124 cases of renal trauma who underwent conservative treatment at Viet Tiep hbspital. Exclusive seletion of pathologic renal, grade V renal trauma. Method is retrospertive descriptive. The index of research are shock status on hospitalization, Trauma classification follow AAST, treatment, complications, result of treatment. Result: Mild trauma grade I-II rate is 75,8 percent. There are 19,4 percent of cases had shock status on hospitalization but there wasn't correlation between shock and opverative indication. Conservative management was 104/124 of cases. One case was successful of embolization. The main complication is urine extravasation. Good result rate is 79 percent. Conclusion: Conservative treatment was high rate successful for blunt renal trauma.
