Đánh giá biểu hiện protein ISG20 và mối liên quan đến lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng bệnh nhân ung thư biểu mô tê bào gan liên quan nhiễm HBV. Đối tượng và phương pháp: nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên các đối tượng bao gồm 115 bệnh nhân ung thư biểu mô tế bào gan, 100 bệnh nhân xơ gan và 120 người khỏe mạnh là nhóm chứng. Nồng độ ISG20 huyết thanh được định lượng theo phương pháp ELISA. Kết quả: nồng độ ISG20 huyết thanh ở nhóm bệnh nhân HCC thấp hơn so với nhóm LC và nhóm người khỏe mạnh (p<0,05). Nồng độ ISG20 huyết thanh có mối tương quan nghịch với hoạt độ AST, tương quan thuận với độ tuổi (p<0,05). Kết luận: protein ISG20 giảm biểu hiện ở bệnh nhân ung thư biểu mô tế bào gan, có mối liên quan đến tuổi và hoạt đọ enzyme gan.

To evaluate ISG20 protein expression and its clinical and laboratory relevance in patients with HBV infection-associated hepatocellular carcinoma. Material and method: A cross-sectional descriptive study on subjects including 115 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, 100 liver cirrhosis patients and 120 healthy individuals. Result: serum ISG20 concentrations were determined by ELISA method. The results showed that protein ISG20 concentrations of HCC patients were decreased when compared to LC group and HC group (p<0,05). ISG20 serum levels were associated with AST levels and ages (p<0,05). Conclusion: ISG20 protein decreased expression in HCC patients, related to age and liver enzyme activity.
