Bảo đảm độc lập, chủ quyền, toàn vẹn lãnh thổ vừa là mục tiêu, vừa là nền tảng của chính sách đối ngoại đa phương hóa, đa dạng hóa và hội nhập quốc tế toàn diện, sâu rộng của Việt Nam. Đối với các quốc gia, không chỉ riêng Việt Nam, mục tiêu này được hiện thực hóa bằng nhiều phương thức khác nhau; trong đó không chỉ bao gồm đối ngoại, an ninh quốc phòng, mà cả phương thức pháp lý. Trước bối cảnh quốc tế đa cực và sự xuất hiện của một số thách thức toàn cầu, trật tự thế giới cần phải được duy trì dựa trên luật lệ. Bài viết phân tích những vấn đề pháp lý quốc tế đặt ra đối với Việt Nam nhằm bảo đảm độc lập, chủ quyền, toàn vẹn lãnh thổ trong quá trình chủ động hợp tác và hội nhập quốc tế hiện nay.

Ensuring independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity is both the goal and foundation of Vietnam's foreign policy of multilateralisation, diversification and comprehensive and extensive international integration. For countries, not only Vietnam, this goal is realised via many different ways, which includes not only those of foreign affairs, security and defense, but also the legal one. In the face of a multipolar international environment and the emergence of a number of global challenges, the world order needs to be maintained based on rules. The article analyses international legal issues posed to Vietnam in order to ensure independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity in the current process of proactive international cooperation and integration.
