The manufactured kit of specific esterase staining with new substances synthesized alpha-naphthol AS-OL chloropropionate has specificity and sensitivity 1.118 times higher than its corresponding Sigma kit. This has helped the hematology laboratories improve accuracy in classifying the myeloid cell lines in acute leukemia, replace imported products and bring about economic and social gains.
