Aspirin resistance in patients with diabetes significantly increased the cardio vascular event than patients without aspirin resistance. Objective: Assess of aspirin resistance ratio in patients with type 2 diabetes; find out an association between aspirin resistance with clinical parameters, subclinical. Subjects and method: 109 type 2 diabetic patients (70 male, 39 female) aged 45 to 89 years old; Patients were tested for platelet aggregation with Adenosine diphosphate substances (ADP) concentration of 10 mm/I, and arachidonic acid (M) concentration of 0.5 mg/ml using optical method. Result: The rate of aspirin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes: 37.6 percent completely resistant to aspirin, 33 percent incompletely resistant to aspirin; Aspirin resistance was correlated with increased BM! [OR = 3.97 (1.66 to 9.49)], increased waist circumference, [OR = 3.09 (1.29 to 7.41)], increasing WHR waist index on round buttock [OR = 4.07 (1.68 to 9.84)]; Platelet aggregation with ADP positively correlated with waist circumference measurements (r = 0.263, p 0.01), blood hemoglobin concentration (r
