Nucleophilic substitution reactins of the titled reagents on the hydroxysteroidswith nucleophiles as succinmide, glutarimide, hydroxyphthalimide are described. New nucleophiles, e. g. glutarimide, succinimide for this type of the reactions are axamined. the results of our study showed that 3 bêta-hydroxypregnan-20-one converted info 3 anpha-phthaloyl aminoxy-pregnan-20-one, and 3 bêta-hydroxycholestan converted info 3 anpha-succinimido cholestan and 3 bêta-glutarimido cholestan, respctioely
