Xác định tỉ lệ đau thần kinh ở bệnh nhân mắc hội chứng ống cổ tay. Khảo sát mối liên quan giữa các yếu tố nhân khẩu học, lâm sàng, mức độ nặng trên chẩn đoán điện với đau thần kinh. Khảo sát sự tương quan giữa điểm đau thần kinh DN4 với điểm đau VAS và điểm Boston. Đối tượng – phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả 66 bệnh nhân với 112 bàn tay mắc hội chứng ống cổ tay tại Phòng khám Quốc tế Exson từ tháng 1 cho đến hết tháng 4 năm 2020. Khảo sát đau thần kinh bằng thang điểm DN4. Kết quả: Tỉ lệ đau thần kinh là 40,9%. Không có mối liên quan giữa: tuổi, giới, chiều cao, cân nặng, BMI, bên, thời gian mắc hội chứng ống cổ tay với đau thần kinh. Hội chứng ống cổ tay hai bên có tỉ lệ đau thần kinh cao hơn một bên. Tỉ lệ test Tinel (+), Phalen (+), điểm đau VAS và điểm Boston ở nhóm bàn tay có đau thần kinh cao hơn nhóm không có đau thần kinh. Có sự khác biệt về mức độ nặng chẩn đoán điện giữa hai nhóm. Có sự tương quan giữa điểm DN4 với điểm đau VAS và điểm Boston. Kết luận: Thang điểm DN4 có thể là một công cụ hữu ích trong đánh giá đau thần kinh ở bệnh nhân mắc hội chứng ống cổ tay.

The incidence of neuropathic pain in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome according to studies varies widely. Neuropathic pain is associated with pain severity but its association with clinical and electrodiagnostic severity remain unconsensus. Objectives: To determine the incidence of neuropathic pain in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome, investigate association of neuropathic pain with demographic factors, clinical c-haracteristics and electrodiagnostic severity. To investigate correlation between DN4 score with VAS and Boston scores. Methods: Descriptive study of 66 patients with 112 hands with carpal tunnel syndrome at Exson international clinic f-rom January to April 2020. Valuation of neuropathic pain by DN4 scale. Results: Neuropathic pain accounted for 40.9%. There was no relationship between: age, sex, height, weight, BMI, lateral, duration of carpal tunnel syndrome with neuropathic pain. Patients with bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome had a significantly higher incidence of neuropathic pain than unilateral. The rate of Tinel (+), Phalen (+), VAS score and Boston scores in the hand group with neuropathic pain was higher than in the group without neuropathic pain. There was a significant difference in the electrodiagnostic severity between the two groups. There was a significantly correlation between DN4 score with VAS score and Boston score. Conclusion: The DN4 score may be a useful tool in assessing neuropathic pain in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome.
