Trong nghiên cứu này, đặc điểm mối quan hệ với bạn thân khác giới của học sinh trung học phổ thông được tìm hiểu ở một số khía cạnh sau số lượng thân khác giới, độ dài tình bạn, đặc điểm bạn thân khác giới, tần suất tương tác với bạn khác giới, chiều hướng tiến triển của mối quan hệ, mức độ hài lòng về mối Kết quả khảo sát trên 521 học sinh lớp 10, 11, 12 thuộc bốn trường THPT trên địa bàn thành phố Hà Nội và thành phố Hồ Chí Minh đang có bạn thân khác giới cho thấy việc kết thân với bạn khác giới ở học sinh THPT hiện nay khá phổ biến, các em quan hệ. thường kết thân với bạn khác giới cùng tuổi, cùng lớp, cùng trường Đa số các em có từ 1 đến 2 bạn thân khác giới Phần lớn các em cho rằng, mối quan hệ với bạn thân khác giới được duy trì hoặc có chiều hướng tốt lên, tình bạn của các em khá bền vững; Các em có sự hài lòng cao về mối quan hệ này.

In this research, the characteristics of high school students' relationship with heterosexual best friends were explored on the following aspects number of heterosexual close friends they have, length of their friendship, characters of their heterosexual best friends, frequency of interactions with heterosexual best friends, directional development of the relationship, and level of satisfaction with this relationship. The survey results from 521 students who had heterosexual best friends in grades 10, 11 and 12 from 4 high schools in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City, showed that heterosexual best-friendships in high school have become popular nowadays. The heterosexual close friends were often at the same age, in the same class and the same school with the students. Most of them had from one to two close friends of the opposite sex. Most of them believed that the relationship with their heterosexual best friends was maintained or tended to get better. Their friendships were reported to be quite stable, and they had high satisfaction with the relationships.
