Xuan lien Nature Reserve in Thanh Hoa province is an important place in the area with abundant in biodiversity. Local people have the tradition in using in their life plants for vegetables. Some species are commonly used in local living such as Peperomia leptosmchya L, Garcinia oblongifolia Champ. ex Benth., Gymnopetalum cochinchinense (Lour.) Kurz, Begonia spp., Embelia ribes Burm. f., Polygonum chinensis, Bischofia javanica, Oxalis spp., Ficus racemora, Solanum nigrum, Pentaphragma chinensis, Due to the overexploitation of the vegetales in the wild, some of them have became threatened, for example: Bambusa spp., Neohuzeaua spp., Sinocalamus spp., Dendrocalamus spp., Scheffera hepmphyla (L.) Fodin, Diplazium esculentum L., Erythropalum scandens Blume, Passiflora foetida L.
