Giáo dục sự quan tâm (a pedagogy of care) cho học sinh đang là một nhu cầu ngày càng rộng rãi trong gia đình, nhà trường và cộng đồng và trở thành lĩnh vực nghiên cứu và ứng cụng được chú trọng. Trong bối cảnh ấy, việc phát triển một khung lý thuyết về khái niệm sự quan tâm, phản ánh được những quan điểm tích hợp làm nền tảng cho quá trình nghiên cứu và ứng dụng trở nên cấp thiết hơn. Dựa trên tổng hợp và phân tích những dữ liệu lý thuyết và thực nghiệm (empirical), nghiên cứu này xây dựng một khung lý thuyết về khái niệm sự quan tâm; trên cơ sở đó, đề xuất mô hình giáo dục sự quan tâm trong nhà trường.

The need for a pedagogy of care has recently been acknowledged and has become a growing discussion and research field. That emphasizes the importance to develop a well-grounded conceptual framework that reflects a comprehensive perspective towards care. Based on available theoretical and empirical evidence, this article discusses definitions of care, which leads to implications for educational practice.
