Bài viết đề cập định hướng dự báo và khuyến nghị xác lập chiến lược chăm sóc sức khỏe tinh thần cho ba đối tượng: người trưởng thành, trẻ em và nhóm yếu thế tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (TPHCM) trong bối cảnh dịch bệnh COVID-19. Bằng việc tổng hợp tài liệu nghiên cứu về sang chấn và các vấn đề sức khỏe tinh thần khác mà người Việt có thể gặp trong bối cảnh dịch bệnh tiếp tục diễn tiến và sau khi dịch được kiểm soát, chúng tôi tiến hành dự báo về các vấn đề sức khỏe tinh thần của người dân theo diễn tiến dịch bệnh. Trên cơ sở này, có thể đề xuất nghiên cứu thành lập Trung tâm phản ứng Chăm sóc sức khỏe tinh thần sau đại dịch (Center for Better Mind – CBM) thực hiện nhiệm vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe tinh thần cho người dân.

The article discusses the forecast orientation and recommendations to establish a mental health care strategy for adults, children and disadvantaged groups in Ho Chi Minh City in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. By reviewing related research papers on traumas and other mental health problems that Vietnamese may face during the current context and possible future development of the pandemic , this paper forecasts people's mental health problems in line with the progress of the pandemic. Based on the forecast, it is proposed to study the establishment of a Center for Better Mind (CBM) after the pandemic to take care people's mental health.
