Society is evolving with the influence of smart devices and human creativity. The innovative learning ecosystem is an appropriate educational environment for the development of today's society. However, there is still no to be a proposed model for an innovative learning ecosystem in secondary schools. In the context of Hanoi being recognized as a UNESCO Creative City, this research aims to introduce a model for an innovative learning ecosystem applicable to secondary schools in Hanoi city. The results of research indicate that the innovative learning ecosystem model consists of 5 groups of elements: Learning Subject, Creativity; Learning Knowledge, Creativity; Learning Technology, Creativity; Learning Context, Creativity; Culture, Structure, and Strategy. Each group of elements has specific factors, characteristics described clearly. The innovative learning ecosystem model serves as the foundation for schools to build ecosystems for their institutions, providing a basis for researchers to develop tools to assess the level of creative learning in educational institutions.
